Aloha, I’m Lulu Bonner. My approach to coaching is informed by my conviction that each of us has a deeply personal guidance system, an innate healing intelligence that longs to awaken. Cultivating our inner curiosity is the antidote to fear.

I’m an empath with a deep love of humanity and an innate ability to hold safe space for others to explore their depths and realign with their soul’s purpose. I’m also a survivor of childhood domestic violence, sexual abuse and other traumas. For decades as a successful entrepreneur I covered my depression, chronic anxiety, and Complex PTSD with hypervigilance, dissociation and workaholism. When my day of reckoning came, it was clear that to move forward, I had to completely transform my life.

In this human experience, we can easily lose touch with our souls, our spirits, even our bodies. Circumstances–often from childhood–cause us to create armoring that disconnects us from ourselves, from others, and from the joy that is our birthright. This armoring once protected us, and it needs to be respected. When we realize that no part of us is “wrong”, space is created for transformation. Emotions need to be validated. Incomplete nervous system cycles need closure. Self-abusive thought loops need interruption. The body needs to know it’s safe to release the past.

During my personal health crisis, I learned the hard way that the body truly does keep the score. I became a full time student of holistic healing, learning tools and techniques to reestablish inner safety for true embodiment. I now experience myself and life in ways previously unavailable to me.
