Our team here at Being True To You consists of management and administrative team members, developers and designers, writers and creators, instructors and mentors, and dreamers and shakers. Our team has worked diligently together for many years developing heart-centered services for recovery, integration, and transformation, while adjusting and growing to meet the needs of our clientele and trainees, as well as the industry at large.
Founder & CEO
Deanne leads the growth, culture, and mission of Being True To You, forms honest partnerships, creates training and coaching programs, surveys and nourishes people’s needs, forms strategies to usher in change, and keeps the company grounded, genuine, neutral, and relevant.
Margaret N. De La Ossa
Director of Operations & Training
Margaret manages our operations along with our Transformational Coach Training and Certification program and Coach Training Mentors to support our trainees in successfully completing the program and becoming certified coaches.
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Jules manages and nourishes current partnerships, directs our team of Account Managers, ensures partner and client quality assurance, and onboards aligned partners for Being True To You.
Director of Coach Development
Mike qualifies and onboards new coaches; provides training and mentorship to active coaches, organizes different coaching pods, and manages the coaches alumni membership program with ongoing education and training for all members to ensure our coaches are the best, and most taken care of.
Director of Marketing
Vanessa manages all marketing efforts for Being True To You, including email, organic and paid media, events, partnerships, influencers, and more.
Manager of Client Experience
Susyn leads the intake and administrative department for the company, she enrolls clients and trainees, nourishes relationships with Being True To You members, and ensures timely and effective communication between Being True To You and all parties.
Jenn supports the intake and administrative department ensuring everyone gets the right support and/or training they are looking for, they get the most out of their time with Being True To You, and they experience lasting results in their life.
Partner Client Coordinator
Ash connects partner clients with their coaches, facilitates communications among partners, clients, and coaches, ensures quality assurance, and tracks these interactions for administrative purposes.
Fahad manages the technology side of Being True To You and ensures the smooth functioning of the company’s entire online integrated system.
Designer & Tech
Freedom expertly creates visual solutions to communicate the transformational process of change and elevate the Being True To You mission, message, and brand.
