Hello, I am Annette, affectionately named Annetwork. As a Transformational Coach, I am known for my fearless approach in my relationships. I have served my fellow humans as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Plant Medicine Facilitator and Mental Health Care Specialist through some life’s most transformational dances.

I learn daily how to live out my mission of encouraging clients to step into the freedom that their story told honestly provides hope for others. I focus on helping clients to learn how to achieve emotionally rich lives of vulnerability, bravery, and security while discovering their unique strengths. Lastly, I prioritize practicing harm reduction and non-violent communication in order to establish trusting relationships with my clients.

My invitation is to gently explore past experiences, current emotions and beliefs in a safe setting so that you are able to gain clarity and understanding to create here and now moments. I have been supporting clients in plant medicine preparation and psychedelic integration for the past 5 years. I specialize in the areas of dynamic relational trauma, emotional regulation, substance dependency and more. It is a joy to experience the moments of lasting freedom that come when I get to witness my clients find transcendence, self-actualization, and spiritual development.
