After years of being in the corporate grind and achieving success, I began to feel unfulfilled and disconnected from my true purpose. I had always been passionate about holistic healing and wellness and helping others, but I was dying on the corporate vine, and I knew I wasn’t alone. After years of struggling with depression and anxiety, endless cycles of medications, and personal loss, I had to find myself; I had to find that thing that was bigger than me, that thing that propelled me out of my headspace and into the next chapter of my life. I was watching friends and family struggle with addiction, deep depression, trauma, grief, and loss, and I was the person who could help, but I had to help myself first.

After a life-changing plant medicine journey, I knew I had found my calling. I decided to take a leap of faith and leave an industry I had been in for more than 20 years to become an addiction recovery and integration coach. Coaching wasn’t new to me; I’d done it throughout my career with members of the teams I managed, and I always found this part of my career incredibly rewarding.  I wanted to help others find their purpose and meaning in life, just as I had seen in my own. I studied various modalities of healing and enrolled in an intensive training program to become a certified coach with Being True to You. During this time, I learned more about myself and the path to healing than I did after decades of therapy.

Today, I am working as an integration coach, helping people from all walks of life to find their paths to fulfillment and purpose. My clients range from young adults struggling with gender identity, to women over 40 seeking to find peace and enlightenment.  My approach is grounded in empathy and compassion, and I guide clients in identifying their values, strengths, and passions to create a personalized plan for achieving their goals.

My journey from corporate executive to integration coach has been one of self-discovery and transformation. I know firsthand the challenges of leaving a successful career to pursue a more meaningful path and the rewards of following my heart and living a life aligned with my values. I am grateful for the opportunity to help others on their journeys and to make a positive impact in the world through my mission as an integration coach and the study of sacred plant medicines.
