Hello! I’m Adam Broidy, a multi-certified transformational coach facilitating deep, authentic, lasting change and holistic healing.

My passion is working with people who feel stuck and yearn for change but can’t get out from under the “rocks” of chronic pain, depression, anxiety, shame, stress, addiction, or lack of clarity and purpose. Through the integration of psychedelic journeys, meditation retreats, intense mind-body challenges, and uncomfortable but powerful work, I’ve personally been able to break through these “rocks.” I offer a unique approach that has helped many to not just manage their issues, but to truly transform their lives.

My coaching philosophy is to meet clients where they are at by creating a safe container for them to be authentic and vulnerable, helping them feel and experience what is showing up, acting as a mirror and reflecting to them what they cannot see, and magnifying their inner authority, as ultimately, all the wisdom, healing, and divine is within them.

Before embarking on my coaching journey, I spent over 25 years as a C-level executive, consultant, and startup entrepreneur in non-profit, arts, healthcare, education, technology, and financial services. I’ve also been a personal trainer, fitness coach, martial arts instructor, events promoter, and even a petting zookeeper. I’m not just a coach but a multifaceted individual with a passion for martial arts, yoga, climbing, Spartan obstacle course racing, hiking, performing arts, dancing, and reading. This diverse background allows me to connect with my clients on a personal level.
