Hello, I’m Susyn Renee and it’s a pleasure to connect with you.  I’m a Certified Being True to You Transformational and Psycho-Spiritual Coach as well as an Instructor here at Being True to You.  Along with my Being True to You background, my journey has also led me to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Detoxification & Cleansing Specialist and Reiki I Practitioner. For the last 8+ years I’ve enjoyed using my education and knowledge to coach clients through their own transformational journeys!

Over the last several years, my own personal transformation journey has led me to many different plant and entheogenic medicines, and has allowed me to connect to my True Self.  With a history of facing challenges like depression, anxiety, OCD, sexual abuse, disordered eating, and behavioral and substance addictions, I’m so grateful to have found that doing “the work” and integration with these medicines has helped me break the cycle of addiction and suffering by giving meaning to my experiences.  In this work, I’ve journeyed with Bufo Alvarius, Ayahuasca, Huachuma (San Pedro), Peyote, Psilocybin Mushrooms and Sacred Tobacco, and I continue to give thanks to these experiences each day!

I love supporting you in breaking the cycle of addiction and suffering while helping you understand the meaning for your life experiences.  I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and addiction recovery along with using tools like entheogenic medicines, integration and holistic therapies to support your recovery journey.

And, outside of my work as a coach, I am a huge nature lover and am constantly spending time hiking in the mountains or enjoying time at the beach.  I am a deeply devoted partner and love spending quality time with my partner enjoying life traveling and exploring.  We also enjoy giving snuggles to our fur baby, Conway Kitty, who is a 12-year old cat that looks like Garfield who loves showing up on video during coaching sessions too!
