Sohan is a certified Integration and Recovery Coach. She specializes in integration coaching following transformative plant medicine journeys and has experience and knowledge with a wide variety of psychedelics.

She also incorporates many complementary approaches into her coaching practice. Sohan traveled to the Peruvian Amazon rainforest in 2003 to work with traditional Amazon plant medicine and have been strongly connected to this sacred work since then. In 2001, she traveled to Tibet and took refuge with a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and embarked on a journey of Tibetan Buddhism practices.

Sohan is an experienced Shambhala Buddhist meditation guide and practitioner and a certified Sivananda Vedanta yoga teacher. She applies mindfulness awareness meditation practice into her everyday life. Sohan believes that our minds are what create our reality, and by seeing through to the true nature of mind, we can obtain inner peace and clarity, and connect with our authentic presence.

Sohan listens deeply with an open heart and assists her clients on their recovery and transitional journeys with insights and techniques from different traditions. She has strong experience in helping others to prepare for plant medicine treatment and help them integrate experiences into their life and get grounded in their spiritual awakening. She is committed to walking her clients through all the obstacles on their path of recovery, transformation, and growth, with humbleness and compassion.

Sohan holds a master’s degree in literature and an associate certificate in Mental Health and Addictions. She is a certified Kambo practitioner with International Association of Kambo Practitioners. She is a writer, artist, musician-songwriter, and a mother of two sons. She loves nature and feels profoundly connected to the earth.
