Hi, my name is Stephen Jennings and I am a Transformational Recovery and Integration Coach.  I believe that everyone possesses the wisdom and inner guidance to heal and transcend patterns of suffering.  It brings me great joy to witness and support people in their process of transformation.  I bring compassion, presence, empathy, and non-judgment to my time with people cultivated through a combination of clinical training as a licensed therapist and lived experience of surviving and overcoming over a decade of IV drug use and more remarkably, self-hate.

My turning point was in 2014, and my journey has been supported through a variety of modalities including yoga, breathwork, meditation, therapy, acupuncture, self-inquiry, fitness, nutrition, martial arts, learning to play music, being of service to others working in the recovery industry, and the sacred use of plant medicine in a variety of cultures and contexts.  I have spent the better part of the last nine years working in residential treatment settings in a variety of roles and engaging in communities that support people from all walks of life to find meaning, resolve past traumas, and weave dreams together for the greater good of all humanity.  I am a grateful father and student of life.

I aim to support others to align with authenticity and integrity so that they may target all areas of life where these seeds can grow as we collaborate to discover how to create the conditions for these to naturally flourish and thrive.  I believe that each person’s journey is unique to their soul, and I show up with curiosity along the way.  There will be ups and downs, joys and sorrows.  I am here for all of it, and I will be honored to walk alongside you.
