Elaine is a coach and instructor. She supports clients in emotional healing, connecting to the body, and helping clients anchor into a belief system that serves their highest path.

Each human is organized in their own unique way and what works for one person will not work for everyone. Each individual has the solutions for their own healing within them. She helps them find it and integrate it in order to emerge from the endless cycle of suffering.

Often a person’s defense mechanisms and belief systems block them from the nourishment they desire, so she helps clients identify and break down the barriers they have built up against the things that most nurture them, such as connection, love, and purpose.

Her mission is to help people connect to their true self and cultivate love and compassion for themselves and others.

She works with individuals, couples, parents, and families.
