My name is Sean Clifton and I am a combat wounded veteran, and retired US Army Special Forces (Green Beret).

Before my journey with plant medicine, I suffered from severe depression, anxiety, anger, and alcohol abuse.  Since my journey with plant medicine, more than 6 months ago, I have focused heavily on integration; including 1-to-1 coaching from experts such as Bruce – whom I highly recommend.  Over the past three months, Bruce has provided me with valuable insights, guidance, mentorship, and quite simply, love.  As I continue to heal from my own traumas, and continue to meet with Bruce, he creates a safe space for me to process emotions, reframe negative thought patterns, and increase my ability to simply “feel my feelings.”
