In her lifelong quest for truth, Tove Redeby has walked fiercely with a strong spirit, kind heart, and the courage to be herself.

Throughout her journey, relationship to ceremony and the plant world has been integral, and nature serves as both teacher and temple on her path. Her deep call to be in service was initiated over a decade ago in Peru, while working with Ayahuasca. Since then, she has walked the medicine path in various ways, placing focus on her own healing while holding sacred space for others to do the same.

Tove holds an innate ability to attune to the rhythm of others. The addictions that once patterned her life now present as gifts, allowing her to hold compassion for others’ experiences through a non-judgemental lens. She serves as a witness, offering support and guidance to help us access our own unique capacity for change. The healing journey is ours to take, no one can do it for us. But we can enlist guidance. Tove lights the way for others as their process unravels — until they realize the truth — the light has always been in their hands.

Tove believes in the transformative power of empowerment, by shedding the cloak of victimhood and encouraging a shift in the perception of suffering. We cannot escape our shadow, nor the journey to transmute it into light. We must feel it to heal it — and our darkness is the biggest catalyst for transformation. Healing isn’t always easeful and lighthearted, and Tove curates a space in which individuals are safe to process, express, and move through whatever the moment calls for — no matter how difficult.

This journey is ultimately about realigning with our True Self. We all inherently have the way mapped within our hearts — it is simply a matter of reconnecting with, and finally living, the Truth.
