My name is Mary Beth Davis and I am an integration coach.  I left a career in financial services because it began to feel more and more like I was living an inauthentic life. I was juggling being a single mom and my demanding career, which left me feeling anxious and drained at the end of the day.

After several years of personal transformation work aided by plant medicines and guides, I knew that I needed to let go of the familiar world of banking services and pursue coaching.  As a senior manager and former Army officer, my favorite part of my job was coaching my staff.  Through Being True To You, I learned how to transform my coaching skills from the corporate and military worlds, to supporting people who were going through their own transformational process.

Today, as an integration coach, my goal is to help people find their own inner healer and life path.  I incorporate multiple tools, along with empathetic listening and reflecting to support my clients in achieving their goals.  It is an honor to support my clients in their transformational process.
