My journey began in 2015 at the age of 40, exploring self-discovery, universal connections, and healthier habits. A pivotal decision at 45 propelled me further into my work, leading to a life where my authentic self shines. My healing journey remains ongoing, positioning me as a guide deeply immersed in the continual process of expansion and evolution.

In personal exploration, I’ve uncovered repressed trauma through medicine journeys, actively undergoing an inner healing process. This firsthand experience fuels my calling to help others understand and navigate the enduring impact of both hidden and remembered traumas on multiple levels. Trauma wears many faces. It’s not just about the obvious scars; it’s also about the subtle imprints left by our experiences through life. Through a narrow lens, trauma can hinder one from grasping its broad spectrum. Even seemingly small encounters hold weight, shaping how we perceive ourselves and the world.
