My name is Kara, and I am a certified Transformational & Psychedelic Integration Coach.

I am an Ohio native, nature lover, and outdoor enthusiast, currently residing in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills.

I hold the belief that everything we require to heal is already within us- we are all fundamentally whole. My goal is to provide personalized guidance for you to discover your healer within, and empower you to become the best version of yourself.

As someone who has first hand experience with early life trauma, and using alcohol & drugs as coping mechanisms, I eventually learned to embrace pain & suffering, and use it to catalyze growth. I know the value of having someone patiently show up, and hold a safe space for processing, especially during the dark moments.

I have been in the throes of battle with self- worth, shame, intense overwhelm, and feelings of both ‘not enough’ and ‘too much’. The process of healing these wounds involved cultivating a deep understanding of myself, my story, my shadow, and a reframing of old narratives and programming.

I have a deep Spiritual practice, and though I am not religious, I am open to working with any faith or belief system. I specialize in guiding individuals through addictive behaviors, family issues, self-worth and self-esteem issues, childhood/ teen trauma, significant life transitions, relationships, grief, and entheogenic medicine experiences.

Within a safe, non-judgmental space, we can uncover the root of challenges and traumas; In that process of self-exploration, we can cultivate awareness, authenticity, and a deeper sense of purpose. I will employ personalized techniques to help foster creative expression and activate meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

Whether you are healing from trauma, recovering from addiction, or integrating a psychedelic experience, I am here to support you as you re-pattern, dismantle limiting beliefs, and come back home to yourself. I will gently invite accountability along the way to ensure your positive shifts stay in tact.
