Drawing on my own healing journey through use and studying plant medicines and psychedelics, I have gained profound insights into their transformative potential. My personalized preparation and integration services provide a safe, non-judgmental space for personal healing and growth.

Growing up in Silicon Valley and overcoming Challenges in my own life, including addiction and audacious behavior as a teenager, divorce, and experiencing the challenges of blended families, have shaped my understanding of personal growth and resilience. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons that I now leverage to empower my clients. Additionally, my ventures in diverse industries such as tech, music and entertainment, real estate development, and other entrepreneurial paths, have honed in my business acumen and equipped me with a unique perspective to guide others on their authentic paths.

Specializing in empowering clients to break free from limiting beliefs, achieve breakthroughs, and authentically set and accomplish their goals, I offer evidence-based coaching strategies, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Together, we will work towards tangible results and lasting positive change.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me meditating, practicing yoga, and connecting to the healing energy of nature’s redwoods and ocean. I also find deep fascination with the intersections of religion, spirituality and philosophy, I integrate all of this into my coaching practice to provide a holistic approach.
