After six years of military service and a challenging 10-year transition out of the military, Itzel was led to a path of continued service through coaching and peer support of veterans, first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and their families. Her approach is one that involves focused listening, exploration of mindfulness, mind-body connection through somatic grounding practices, intuitive coaching, goal setting, and integration work. As a transformational and integration coach, Itzel believes in the return to wholeness through reconnection with the heart, body, and mind. “As we move with intention to become reacquainted with ourselves, it inevitably leads us to experience our authenticity.”
