Ginger Strand is a transformational coach specializing in body-mind harmony and life alignment. She believes that seeing the world with wonder and joy depends on having a healthy relationship to these amazing bodies we inhabit. The body is the lens through which we experience the world and when our body-mind-spirit connection is out of balance, it distorts our worldview and emotions.

Ginger’s personal experience navigating depression, anxiety, and complex PTSD allows her to understand others suffering in those states. Her coaching approach encourages authentic expression, embracing self-worth, and feeling at home in the body. She enjoys helping people reframe life’s challenges and trust in their powerful, wise Essential Selves.

She supports people with Neurodivergence (Highly Sensitive People, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, etc.), depression and anxiety, chronic illness management, medical caregiving, and end of life anxiety. She is a Usui Reiki Master currently training to be an End of Life Doula and volunteers weekly with a local hospice.
