Hi, I’m Gabriel. I help people move stuck energy so that you can rewire dysfunctional patterns, find self-healing and show up as the best version of yourself.

In 2018 I completely burnt out. I was more than full time in a kinesiology degree, working as the manager for a martial arts and yoga studio, while simultaneously recovering from a meniscus injury, juggling a failing relationship with my partner of 10 years, and serving a volunteer paramedic in my “spare time”.

Amidst the chaos, a pivotal moment occurred during my time as a paramedic at the Burning Man festival. I was first on the scene to a heart-wrenching incident – a man who had thrown himself into a 7-story structure fire. His suicide became a catalyst that shattered a wall around my heart. Since you’re reading this, I bet you’ve had a moment for yourself that has woken you up to the urgent need for change.

Having practiced tai chi, qigong and meditation for over 20 years, I’ve been blessed with excellent tools to cope with anxiety and overwhelm. But coping only gets you so far before the emotional energy starts revealing itself as addictions, unwanted behaviors, illness or injury.

In retrospect I’m grateful that the dam finally broke. My pain was a gift – an opportunity to dive deeper into myself, release stuck energy and discover my internal wisdom and capacity for self-healing. Now I use my understanding of coaching, kinesiology and tai chi/qigong to help others who are in pain and overwhelmed to move stuck energy so you can find balance mentally, physically and spiritually.
