Eliza Sydney is an integration coach whose coaching method is rooted in the belief that we all possess the keys to our own healing, we each hold the answers to life’s big questions: “What is my soul’s purpose?” “What is holding me back?” “What is my next step?” Eliza assists clients in identifying blocks and what needs to be released or called-in to break through periods of stagnation or challenge. Through compassionate inquiry, creativity and accountability she helps clients become the most resonant, authentic version of themselves.

Eliza has walked closely with grief, addictions, post traumatic stress, loss and anxiety. Eliza has experience with burnout and high stress environments. Psychedelics came into her life over 20 years ago after a transformative initiation when her mom suffered a serious stroke and subsequently her family unit experienced addiction, suicidal ideation, domestic violence and other states of suffering. Through these experiences along with integrative processing practices and ongoing inner cultivation, she found ways to move forward with purpose and joy. Eliza specializes in practices to help clients restore balance, improve vitality and thrive in life!

Eliza is a grammy-award winning concert harpist, harp therapist and sound healing practitioner. She leads sound bath meditations to invoke and support alternative states of consciousness. Eliza will use sound and vibration to assist coaching sessions when requested. She has worked over a decade in wellness, has a background in agriculture and has enjoyed transforming her yard into an edible and medicinal food forest – she gathers some of life’s greatest lessons from the natural world.
