Brianna comes from years of practice and a career in mind-body modalities. Her journey with dance, yoga, and intentional movement has opened up doors to an intuitive, somatic approach to coaching. Her spiritual and healing path has allowed her to fully experience things so she can hold space for others with empathy and compassion.

She has helped herself and others with eating disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, repressed emotions, limiting beliefs, and other states of suffering. She also helps people reconnect to their intuition and creativity which helps align them with their soul and higher paths.

Plant medicines have helped her process and clear stuck energies and get closer to her heart’s knowing, truth, and gifts that she gets to share with others. She is a conscious mother, which was an even deeper catalyst for healing and change and is passionate about mothers getting access to deep healing and cycle-breaking.

Brianna’s mission is to keep unfolding into truer, more whole versions of herself and do what she can to help along the way.
