My journey has been a profound odyssey of self-discovery, marked by relentless struggles with stress, anxiety, depression, abandonment, and shame. These inner battles left me feeling lost and disconnected, but they also ignited a transformative quest. The weight of these struggles bore heavily on my shoulders, challenging my very essence.  Out of these struggles, I emerged not as a victim, but as a victor.

For over 30 years, I’ve delved deep into the world of plant medicine and entheogens, completing four Master Plant Dietas in the heart of the Amazon jungles of Brazil and Peru. A Plant Medicine Dieta is an indigenous ritual using specific Master Teacher Plants and dietary and behavioral restrictions for healing, typically lasting one month to one year.

Through hundreds of ceremonies involving Ayahuasca, San Pedro, MDMA, Ketamine, and various Master Plants, these tools have offered profound healing and a reconnection with my true self. I understand firsthand the profound transformation that is possible when we delve into the depths of our own souls, tapping into the wellspring of our resilience and authenticity. My mission is to guide you on a similar journey of self-discovery and empowerment, drawing upon the wisdom of both ancient traditions and modern practices.

On the entrepreneurial front, after three decades of navigating the corporate world and successfully selling my San Diego startup, I am here to offer insights, strategies, and support to fellow travelers, seekers, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and managers.

My journey has led me to become a teacher in Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, Pranayama Breathwork, and Sound Healing. I’m also a Reiki Master, a professional Animal Behavior Trainer and a seasoned entrepreneur. I am a IFS Internal Family Systems Informed Life Coach.

I am a passionate artist, musician, with a love for travel.  My educational experience is in Landscape Architecture and Business Management. Whether its art, music, esoteric theology, Stoic philosophy, diversity issues, or just enjoying the great outdoors, I’m passionate about learning new things and using them in my coaching practice.

Currently, I’m living my dream life off-grid on a beautiful lake in middle Tennessee, spending quality time with family, and my furry friends, Dante, and Kiki.  You will find me most time, kayaking, boating, hiking, or fishing.
